Job Title: Construction Manager
Location: Al-Kuwait
Salary: 1400/month

We are seeking a hardworking and motivated individual to join our team as a Construction Manager in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in construction management, or the equivalent in education and/or training. We are also open to considering an immigrant for this position.

The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing the execution of construction projects from start to finish, including developing project plans, coordinating materials and labor resources, monitoring progress and ensuring safety compliance. They will also be expected to handle budgeting and cost control activities, manage contracts with vendors and subcontractors, review design documents and drawings, as well as develop project schedules.

The successful candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work under tight deadlines. They must also be able to interpret construction drawings, read blueprints and understand building codes. A bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management is preferred but not required.
