Secretary job vacancy in Doha Qatar
We are currently seeking an experienced and multi-talented Secretary for our office in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical services in order to ensure that the office operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to staff members, including scheduling meetings, arranging travel, preparing documents, maintaining filing systems and databases
• Answer incoming calls and emails in a professional manner
• Organize and manage calendars as requested
• Greet visitors and maintain entry logs
• Perform data entry tasks as assigned
• Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipate needed supplies; place orders; verify receipt of supplies
• Prepare reports by collecting information from various sources
• Assist with special projects as needed
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a similar role or environment is preferred but not required
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask under pressure
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English language (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required
Salary: 1300 per month. We are also willing to consider immigrants for this position.
