Restaurant Manager - Dubai

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. This role will involve managing all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, operations, customer service, and financials. The successful candidate should have excellent organizational skills and a passion for customer service.

This is a full-time position with an attractive salary of 1000 AED per month. We are open to considering foreign applicants for this role. A minimum of 1 year of related work experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant
• Ensure staff follows health and safety protocols
• Monitor customer satisfaction levels and take action as needed
• Recruit, train and manage staff
• Develop strategies to boost sales performance
• Manage payroll, accounts receivables/payables, budgets, cost controls & inventories
• Increase profitability through effective cost management
• Effectively resolve customer complaints or escalate them to the appropriate personnel

Qualifications:
• High School Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or related role
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
