Restaurant Manager - Dubai

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. We offer a salary of AED 1000 and are willing to consider a foreigner for this role.

As Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, provide leadership and direction to all staff, ensure customer satisfaction and create a positive work environment.

You will be responsible for creating marketing plans, setting team goals and objectives, managing budgets and allocating resources. You will also manage the recruitment process of staff and provide training and guidance to ensure all staff are up to date with current knowledge and skills.

To be successful in this role it is essential that you have at least three years’ experience in restaurant management or a related field. You must have excellent interpersonal skills as you will be interacting with customers and employees on a daily basis. Moreover, you must demonstrate excellent organizational skills as well as strong problem-solving abilities.
