We are seeking a qualified and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring high standards of customer service are met, and taking corrective action when necessary. The position requires excellent organizational and leadership skills, as well as the ability to handle difficult customer situations.

The successful candidate will have at least 3 years' experience in restaurant management and a proven track record of success. We are willing to consider an immigrant, with a salary of 1700 per month.

Requirements:
• At least 3 years' experience in restaurant management
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Strong customer service focus
• Knowledge of food safety regulations
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
• Good problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant
• Ensure all staff members adhere to health, hygiene, and food safety standards
• Maintain a customer-focused environment at all times by providing excellent customer service
• Develop promotional campaigns to increase sales and attract new customers
• Develop staff training programs to ensure high standards of service delivery are met consistently
• Monitor stock levels; order new supplies as needed
