Executive Chef vacancy in Al-Kuwait Kuwait for foreigners


We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Al-Kuwait. We are willing to consider a foreigner with the right qualifications and experience.

The ideal candidate will have experience in restaurant management, high-end cooking, and excellent customer service skills. You should have a passion for creating delicious dishes, and be able to manage the kitchen staff in order to provide a top-notch dining experience.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the daily operations of the kitchen
• Develop menus and recipes that reflect quality, cost efficiency, and creativity
• Monitor food quality, portion control, presentation of dishes, and food temperatures
• Supervise kitchen staff including hiring and training new employees
• Ensure compliance with all health regulations
• Maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies

Qualifications:
• At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in restaurant management
• Expert knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and safety standards
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a team effectively
