Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to join our team at Al-Kuwait. As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of kitchen operations, ensuring that all menu items are prepared and cooked to the highest standards. You will work closely with the Head Chef and other kitchen staff to ensure that all dishes are prepared in a timely manner and meet any dietary requirements. You should be able to multi-task, take initiative and possess excellent communication skills.

Requirements for the Candidate:
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
• Proven experience with menu planning and recipe development
• Knowledge of current food trends
• Knowledge of food safety regulations
• The ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Excellent organizational skills
• The ability to lead and motivate a team
• Fluency in English is preferred but not essential
