Tutor (Al-Kuwait)

We are looking for an experienced Tutor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. We offer a competitive salary of 1100 and are ready to consider an immigrant for this role.

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience teaching in a related field
• Strong knowledge of teaching methodologies
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
• Flexibility in approach to teaching
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field is preferred

Duties:
• Develop individual learning plans for each student, taking into account their individual needs and abilities.
• Plan, prepare, administer lesson plans including activities, tests, quizzes, etc.
• Monitor student performance regularly to ensure that they are reaching their goals.
• Provide feedback on the progress of students and help them develop appropriate strategies to improve their academic performance.
• Assist students with homework assignments or projects as needed.
• Provide guidance and advice on learning resources outside of school hours.
