Job Requirements:
• 1+ years of experience as a chef in a professional kitchen setting
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and special dietary requirements (e.g., vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free)
• Experience in cooking various international cuisines is a plus
• Good understanding of sanitation principles to maintain safe kitchen standards
Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare dishes according to recipes and consistent quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized kitchen area.
• Monitor food stock levels and inform the Head Chef when supplies are running low.
