Welder job vacancy in Sharjah UAE for unskilled workers


We are looking for an experienced Welder to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating, assembling and joining metal structures in accordance with established standards and procedures. This position requires a good eye for detail, excellent hand-eye coordination and physical strength.

The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent, previous welding experience, fabrication skills, knowledge of welding safety standards and basic computer proficiency. Candidates should also be able to read blueprints and use tools such as grinders and saws. The ability to work independently is required.

The duties of this role include: welding components into place using various types of welding equipment; examining products for defects; reading blueprints or drawings to determine the required materials; determining the size and shape of the required pieces; adjusting the settings on the welding machine to ensure accurate temperatures; using hammers, chisels, files, grinders or other tools to shape metal pieces; testing welds for strength; cleaning and removing slag from finished products; keeping a clean work area at all times.
