We are looking for a Barista to join our team in Sharjah. We are offering a salary of 1100 per month and are open to considering all applicants, regardless of their experience (or lack thereof).

At our establishment, we pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service and high-quality products. As a Barista, you will be expected to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service. This means that your duties will include greeting customers as soon as they arrive, learning their preferences, preparing drinks and food items according to the customer's specifications, ensuring accuracy when taking orders and payment, maintaining the cleanliness of the store, performing basic maintenance tasks such as restocking supplies and washing dishes; and answering any questions customers may have.

In order to be successful in this role, you should have excellent customer service skills as well as an understanding of coffee-making techniques. You should also have an understanding of health and safety regulations. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential; however, you must possess strong organisational skills and be able to work quickly under pressure. The ability to speak English fluently is also desirable.
