Job Title: Executive Chef

Salary: 900 AED/month

We are looking for an experienced and creative Executive Chef to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and experience in the food industry. We are open to considering an immigrant if they have the right qualifications and experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, including menu design, preparation, and food service. They will also be expected to create innovative dishes while adhering to health and safety regulations. The Executive Chef will train and manage kitchen staff, ensure all recipes are followed correctly, check food quality before it is served, maintain stock levels, order supplies when needed, and create cost-effective menus.

The successful candidate must have at least 5 years’ experience as a qualified chef in a restaurant or hotel setting with a strong understanding of relevant health and safety regulations. They must possess excellent cooking skills as well as good customer service skills. They should also have excellent organizational skills with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
