Job Description:

We are looking to fill the role of Pharmacist in our Dubai store. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing consultations and advice to customers on medication usage and possible side effects, as well as managing inventory and ordering new products. The Pharmacist must also be able to efficiently manage various administrative tasks such as keeping accurate records of prescriptions and dispensing medications. Furthermore, the Pharmacist must be able to provide exceptional customer service which includes attending to customer inquiries, explaining the details of products and services, and resolving any complaints in a professional manner.

Demands for the Candidate:

We are seeking an applicant with a Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or a related field. Previous experience in a pharmacy setting is desirable but not necessary. The candidate should have strong communication skills with excellent verbal and written communication capabilities in English. In addition, the applicant should possess excellent problem solving abilities to efficiently handle customer inquiries and complaints. Furthermore, the candidate should have outstanding organizational skills including the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
