Job Title: Barista
Location: Al-Kuwait
Salary: 1400

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Barista to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, preparing and serving coffee drinks, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the working area. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing superior customer service.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare coffee drinks according to customers’ orders
• Ensure all equipment is maintained properly and kept clean at all times
• Maintain multiple espresso machines, grinders, etc.
• Ensure accurate recordkeeping of sales transactions
• Receive payments from customers and provide change as necessary
• Clean tables, counters, shelves, floors, etc., as needed
• Manage customer disputes in a professional manner
• Follow health and safety regulations at all times
• Assist in stocking inventory items as necessary

Qualifications:
• Previous experience working as a Barista or similar role required
• Knowledge of specialty coffee drinks preferred
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Ability to multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Proven track record of providing excellent customer service
• Excellent organizational skills
