Barista job vacancy in Al-Kuwait Kuwait for unskilled worker


We are a coffee shop located in Al-Kuwait and we are looking for a Barista to join our dynamic team. We offer a competitive salary of 1200 per month. We are open to considering an immigrant for this role.

As our Barista, you are expected to prepare and serve drinks to customers in a professional manner, ensuring that the highest quality is maintained at all times. You will be responsible for taking customer orders accurately and efficiently while providing excellent customer service. You must have knowledge of different coffee blends and flavours, as well as the ability to make speciality drinks such as cappuccinos, lattes, macchiatos, etc. You should also be familiar with milk steaming techniques and be able to operate espresso machines safely and correctly.

You should possess excellent communication skills with a friendly attitude towards customers, as well as being able to work unsupervised in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in the hospitality industry would be an advantage but not essential.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow and develop their skills by gaining experience within our business in order to take on more responsibilities over time.
