Job Title: Doctor

Salary: 1800 AED/month

Requirements for the Candidate:
• Must be a qualified and licensed doctor with a valid medical degree from an accredited university.
• At least three years of experience in a clinical setting.
• Must have the ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written).
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Knowledge of medical software and updated technology.
• Willingness to undertake additional training as required.

Job Responsibilities:
• Provide general medical care to patients including diagnosis, treatment, consultation, follow-ups and referrals as necessary.
• Manage patient records accurately on our computer system as well as in paper form.
• Ensure that all medical protocols are followed according to the standard operating procedures set by the hospital.
• Maintain professional relationships with colleagues, staff members, patients and their families while ensuring confidentiality at all times.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to administration on any areas of improvement needed for better patient care quality standards at our hospital.
