Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Umm-al-Qaiwain with a salary of 1000. The ideal candidate must have minimal work experience and be open to working with foreign nationals. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.

Job Responsibilities:
• Developing project plans, schedules, budgets and objectives
• Allocating resources and monitoring progress of projects
• Maintaining project documentation and assisting in change management
• Identifying potential risks or malfunctions and implementing solutions
• Establishing effective communication channels among team members
• Establishing relationships with stakeholders and managing their expectations
• Evaluating ongoing projects and recommending improvements
• Assisting in the preparation of reports for upper management

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• Demonstrated experience working on multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven track record of meeting deadlines with high quality results
• Excellent organizational skills as well as written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, creativity, and flexibility
