Position Description:

We are looking for a talented Civil Engineer to join our team in Reef Al Fujairah City. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing civil engineering projects from the initial concept to the completion of construction. This includes understanding and analyzing the scope of a project, developing detailed plans and drawings, coordinating with contractors and other professionals in the field, inspecting and approving work performed by contractors, and ensuring that all safety regulations are met. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field and at least two years of experience in this field. We are also willing to consider recent graduates with no experience.

Salary:

We offer a competitive salary of 1200 AED per month for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze surveys, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photography, and other topographical or geologic data to plan projects
• Plan project layouts and prepare estimates by calculating material costs
• Design projects including roads/bridges/highways/utilities using CAD software
• Develop detailed plans and drawings for construction projects
• Coordinate with architects, surveyors, engineers, inspectors, contractors and other professionals as needed
• Monitor progress throughout all stages of construction from beginning to completion
• Ensure safety protocols are being followed during construction process
• Inspect materials used to ensure they comply with applicable codes or standards
• Oversee installation of systems on site during construction process

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Two years of experience in civil engineering preferred but not required
• Proficiency in AutoCAD software
• Knowledge of local building codes/regulations • Excellent problem solving skills • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
