Sales Manager – Al Shamkhah City

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Al Shamkhah City. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced and dynamic team in a growing organisation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team in meeting and exceeding customer requirements, driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets. You will need to manage the daily operations of the sales department, including recruitment, training and performance management. You will also be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent customer service and problem solving.

To be considered for this role you must have experience managing a team of sales staff in a similar environment, as well as an understanding of modern sales strategies. You will need to possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with good organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
