As our Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations across multiple outlets in our restaurant. You will be expected to devise creative menus which use seasonal ingredients and ensure that all dishes are prepared according to the highest standards. You will also be responsible for selecting the best ingredients, training staff on proper kitchen techniques, managing inventories and stocks, ensuring food safety regulations are followed, monitoring staff performance, and developing new recipes.
