Requirements and Qualifications
• Previous barista experience essential
• Proven customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks at once
• Ability to maintain high standards of hygiene
• Good knowledge of coffee-making techniques • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written)

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare beverages such as coffee, tea, smoothies, etc., according to company’s recipes and standards
• Ensure excellent customer service by taking orders accurately, preparing them quickly, and providing knowledgeable recommendations when needed • Maintain the cleanliness of the work area and equipment at all times • Greet customers warmly upon their arrival, serve them promptly, and thank them when they leave • Ensure that all products are stored properly according to company’s standards • Follow cash handling procedures as required
