The Pastry Chef is expected to develop recipes while keeping in mind customer preferences, cost, and restaurant concept. They should be able to suggest creative ideas for menu items, such as seasonal pastries or specialties that will attract customers. The candidate will also need to manage the ordering of ingredients and kitchen supplies while staying within budget.
