Administrative assistant job vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE


We are looking for an Administrative Assistant in Abu-Dhabi with a salary of 1000. This is an entry-level position, so we are willing to consider candidates with minimal work experience.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills. They should also be able to operate basic office equipment such as computers, printers and fax machines.

The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to: providing administrative support to all departments; scheduling and coordinating meetings; preparing correspondence; filing documents; maintaining databases; and providing customer service support.

The ideal candidate should have a degree or diploma in administration or a related field. They should also have good computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
