Office Manager Vacancy in Abu-Dhabi
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Office Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000 AED. We are willing to consider a foreigner for this role.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in an office management or similar role
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
• Ability to prioritize tasks and handle conflicting demands on time
• Fluent English language skills (other languages preferred)

Description:
The Office Manager is responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures. The role includes providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Duties include managing calendars, preparing reports, supervising staff, ordering supplies, arranging meetings/events, maintaining filing systems and more. The Office Manager should have strong organizational skills and be able to multitask efficiently while ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all tasks assigned.
