The Office Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of our office. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, managing all incoming calls, organizing meetings and events, maintaining office supplies inventory, managing mail services and providing general support to employees. The Office Manager must be able to handle numerous tasks simultaneously while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
To qualify for this role you must have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position. An understanding of basic accounting principles is also desirable but not essential. You should have strong organizational skills and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. You should also possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written as well as strong problem-solving capabilities. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
