Supervisor Job in Abu-Dhabi
We are currently seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate should be a motivated and driven individual with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. The salary for this position is 1400 per month. We are also open to consider immigrant candidates.

The ideal candidate will have the necessary skills and qualifications to:
• Establish operational procedures for activities such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, requisition of materials and supplies, equipment service calls, etc.
• Monitor employees performance relative to established standards; ensure all safety regulations are followed; provide feedback to employees on their performance; take disciplinary action when needed.
• Plan work schedules, assign duties, train new personnel, evaluate performance, etc.
• Investigate customer complaints concerning quality or service and coordinate corrective actions with other departments as necessary.
• Monitor inventory levels of materials and supplies; prepare purchase orders for procurement of required items; maintain accurate records of items received and issued.
• Make suggestions on methods for improving efficiency of operations or reducing costs/wastage.
• Prepare status reports or other necessary reports related to the department's activities or operations.

To be considered for this role you must have:
• A minimum of 3 years’ prior supervisory experience in a related field is preferred but not required; knowledge of applicable laws/regulations regarding labor relations or safety/environmental issues is an asset.
• Proven leadership capabilities with excellent communication skills (both written & verbal).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently whilst working under pressure in a fast paced environment.
• Strong problem solving skills with sound judgment in decision making processes; proactive approach towards resolving issues before they arise
