Restaurant Manager

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This is a full-time employment position with a salary of 1300. We are willing to consider immigrants for this position. Also, we are ready to hire a person with no experience but with the right attitude and drive.

The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills and be able to manage and train employees effectively. He/She should also possess strong food industry knowledge, as well as great organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant
• Develop strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, increase profitability, create store policies etc.
• Manage staff schedules, payrolls and performance reviews
• Ensure food safety standards are met in accordance with health and safety regulations
• Analyze financial data to ensure the restaurant is meeting its targets
• Train and mentor team members so they can reach their maximum potential skillset

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
• Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of restaurant management software (e.g., POS)
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
