Security Manager - Abu-Dhabi (1100 Salary)

We are looking for a highly motivated Security Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. We are open to considering an immigrant for this role.

Candidate Requirements:
• At least 5 years’ experience in security management.
• Familiarity with CCTV systems and other security equipment.
• Security or law enforcement qualifications desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills.
• High level of integrity and trustworthiness.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.

Job Responsibilities:
• Developing security policies, procedures, standards and guidelines for our organization's operations in Abu Dhabi.
• Designing strategies for preventing theft, vandalism or any other violations on the premises of our organization’s locations in Abu Dhabi .
• Monitoring compliance with security policies by all staff members and visitors at all times .
• Establishing plans and procedures for responding to emergencies such as fire or any unauthorized activity .
• Performing regular inspections of the property to ensure security is maintained .
• Supervising the installation of new security systems such as CCTV cameras .
• Conducting investigations into any incidents that occur on the premises .
• Ensuring that all access control systems are up-to-date at all times .
