We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies that maximize revenue and customer satisfaction in our organization.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in sales management, preferably in the same industry. You must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to lead and motivate a sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the sales department;
• Develop effective sales strategies to maximize revenue;
• Monitor and analyze market trends to identify potential opportunities;
• Foster strong relationships with existing clients while prospecting new ones;
• Assess performance of sales staff and provide feedback on their progress;
• Create monthly/quarterly/annual reports on sales volume, revenue projections, etc.;

Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field;
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role;
• Proven track record of success in sales management;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• Ability to lead and motivate a team;
• Experience with CRM systems is preferred.
