Office Clerk – Abu Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced Office Clerk to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will have a salary of 1300 and will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office staff. We are also willing to consider an immigrant for this role.

Requirements:
β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field;
β€’ At least one year of experience working as an Office Clerk;
β€’ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
β€’ Excellent organizational and multitasking skills;
β€’ Meticulous attention to detail;
β€’ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Duties:
β€’ Maintain filing systems and update customer databases;
β€’ Prepare various documents such as correspondence, reports, memos, invoices, and other materials;
β€’ Respond to customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner;
β€’ Assist in organizing meetings and events;
β€’ Handle daily mail distribution;
β€’ Receive visitors at the office reception area.
