Office Clerk – Abu Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced Office Clerk to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will have a salary of 1300 and will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office staff. We are also willing to consider an immigrant for this role.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field;
• At least one year of experience working as an Office Clerk;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills;
• Meticulous attention to detail;
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Duties:
• Maintain filing systems and update customer databases;
• Prepare various documents such as correspondence, reports, memos, invoices, and other materials;
• Respond to customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner;
• Assist in organizing meetings and events;
• Handle daily mail distribution;
• Receive visitors at the office reception area.
