Job Description: Office Administrator β Abu Dhabi
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Office Administrator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate should have a positive attitude and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
β’ Oversee administrative tasks within the office
β’ Answer telephone calls, respond to emails, and direct inquiries to the relevant personnel
β’ Maintain office supplies and manage inventory
β’ Process incoming and outgoing mail
β’ Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as requested
β’ Greet visitors and provide assistance as needed
β’ Manage daily calendar for staff members as requested
β’ Schedule appointments, meetings, and other events
β’ Handle confidential information with discretion
Requirements:
β’ Must be eligible for employment in Abu Dhabi (if immigrant)
β’ High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications preferred but not required
β’ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also taking direction from team members when necessary
β’ Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Salary: 1100 AED/month.
