Job Description: Office Administrator – Abu Dhabi
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Office Administrator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate should have a positive attitude and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee administrative tasks within the office
• Answer telephone calls, respond to emails, and direct inquiries to the relevant personnel
• Maintain office supplies and manage inventory
• Process incoming and outgoing mail
• Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as requested
• Greet visitors and provide assistance as needed
• Manage daily calendar for staff members as requested
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and other events
• Handle confidential information with discretion
Requirements:
• Must be eligible for employment in Abu Dhabi (if immigrant)
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also taking direction from team members when necessary
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Salary: 1100 AED/month.
