We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and managing the activities related to the effective running of the office.
The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience managing an office environment. The job will involve a variety of tasks including, but not limited to, managing schedules, arranging meetings, preparing documents, filing and maintaining records, organizing travel arrangements and liaising with external stakeholders. Strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities and a customer-oriented approach are essential.
The successful candidate will also be expected to possess excellent computer skills and a working knowledge of common software applications (MS Office). Additionally, the applicant must demonstrate great attention to detail and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
We are offering a salary of 1200 AED per month for this position. We are also open to considering foreign candidates as well.
