Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Surveyor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. Our ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years of experience in the field, preferably within the Middle East region. The successful applicant will be responsible for the surveying of land, buildings and other areas to assess measurements for construction projects, as well as preparing reports that will help guide further construction work. This position is available for immigrant applicants and offers a competitive salary of 1600 per month.

Duties & Responsibilities

The successful applicant will be expected to carry out a range of tasks related to surveying such as measuring land/buildings/other areas using specialised equipment; establishing boundaries; researching legal documents; taking photographs; recording data from the surveys accurately; creating accurate maps to help guide further construction projects; preparing technical reports; liaising with other professionals such as engineers or architects where necessary; ensuring all surveying activities are conducted safely and responsibly.

Qualifications & Skills
• A degree in surveying or related field from an accredited institution • Strong knowledge of relevant regulations relating to survey activities • Experience using specialist equipment for surveying purposes • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal • Good organisational skills with an eye for detail • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Knowledge of computer programs related to surveying activities is desired but not essential

Work Experience

Applicants must have at least two years’ experience working in the surveying field within the Middle East region. Experience using specialist equipment is also beneficial but not essential.
