We are looking for a qualified and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team at Al-Kuwait. We are offering a competitive salary of 1400 and are willing to consider foreign candidates for the role.

The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in a similar position, extensive knowledge of customer service principles and practices, an ability to work with cross-functional teams and excellent communication skills. A keen eye for detail, problem solving aptitude and strong organizational skills are also desirable attributes for this post.

In this role you will be responsible for supervising day-to-day operations of the hotel by handling reservations, guest relations inquiries, housekeeping requests and other operational tasks as necessary. You will ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service while adhering to policies and procedures in line with company standards. You will also manage the staff roster ensuring that shifts are adequately covered at all times; assist with recruitment when needed; manage budgets; organize special events; ensure compliance with health and safety regulations; and work towards achieving financial objectives set by senior management.
