Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated Computer Engineer to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This position will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our customers, as well as providing maintenance and troubleshooting of computer systems. The successful candidate should have at least two years of experience in the field and be willing to learn new technologies. The salary for this position is 1400 per month.

Job Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
- Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot hardware/software systems.
- Assist in the installation of new software or hardware components.
- Provide technical support to customers on a variety of topics related to computer systems and networks.
- Identify potential problems before they arise by performing regular maintenance checks on computer systems.
- Research and recommend upgrades or changes that could improve system performance.
- Identify security risks and implement solutions to protect data from unauthorized access or theft.
- Create user accounts for new employees or external users, manage user privileges, and reset passwords when necessary.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field is required with at least 2 years of experience in the industry
- Knowledge of operating systems such as Windows/Linux/Unix/Mac OS X is required
- Knowledge of network protocols such as TCP/IP is preferred
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware/software issues quickly and effectively
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are essential
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
