Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our Al-Kuwait team. The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, interviewing and selecting suitable candidates for a variety of roles within the organization. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills as well as the ability to think critically in order to assess the suitability of potential candidates. The salary for this role is 1100 per month, with potential to increase depending on performance. We are open to considering applicants from outside Kuwait who are legally eligible to work in the country.

Duties & Responsibilities

The primary responsibility of the Recruiter is to ensure that suitable candidates are identified and recruited in a timely manner. This includes researching job requirements, creating job postings, sourcing potential candidates through job boards, social media sites and professional networks, vetting applications, conducting interviews, assessing skills and cultural fit for the role as well as making offers of employment. In addition to this, the Recruiter will be expected to maintain accurate recruitment records such as candidate resumes, interview notes etc., assist with onboarding new employees into the organization and provide regular reports on recruitment progress.

Qualifications & Skills

The ideal candidate for this position should possess at least one year of recruitment experience or a similar HR field such as talent acquisition or resource management. A degree or diploma in Human Resources Management would be beneficial but not essential. Additionally, they should have excellent written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on customer service excellence. An understanding of employment law is also desirable along with strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
