Requirements for the Candidate:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in business administration or related field.
β’ Proven working experience as a secretary or administrative assistant.
β’ Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
β’ Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
β’ Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
β’ Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Ability to work with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients.

Job Duties:
β’ Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary.
β’ Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.
β’ Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms.
β’ File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners.
β’ Support other teams with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence).
