Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Business Manager to join our team in Doha. You will be responsible for the strategic planning and development of our company. We offer a competitive salary of 1400 per month for this position and are open to considering a foreigner. The ideal candidate should have minimal work experience but be motivated to learn quickly and take on new challenges.

Job Responsibilities:
As the Business Manager, you will be responsible for developing strategies that drive business growth while ensuring efficiency within the organization. Your duties include conducting market research, analyzing customer trends, managing budgets, creating marketing plans, cultivating relationships with vendors/suppliers/partnerships, overseeing daily operations, supervising staff members, and monitoring workflow processes. Additionally, you should strive to identify areas of improvement within the organization and develop strategies for achieving them.

Skills & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role we expect you to have excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer service focus as well as excellent analytical skills with the ability to make informed decisions based on data analysis. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred but not required. Previous experience in a similar role is also beneficial but not mandatory; able candidates with minimal work experience are encouraged to apply. We also expect you to possess strong organizational skills with an attention to detail; excellent communication abilities both verbal and written; leadership qualities; problem-solving skills; time management capabilities; proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint); familiarity working with ERP systems; demonstrated ability in strategic planning; and an understanding of financial reporting principles.
