We are looking for a passionate Sales Manager to join our team in Doha. This position offers a salary of 1700 QAR per month and is open to foreigners.

To be successful in this role, applicants must have the following qualifications: a degree in business or sales, at least 5 years of experience in sales management, and excellent English communication skills.

As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team by setting goals, developing strategies for achieving these goals, analyzing reports to identify areas for improvement, and motivating employees to achieve their targets. You will also develop customer relationships by organizing meetings and visits with potential clients as well as managing existing accounts. Additionally, you will be responsible for training new sales staff members and providing feedback on their performance.

We are looking for candidates with strong leadership skills who can effectively mentor others and build positive relationships with clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, a high level of attention to detail, the ability to work independently as well as part of a team, strong negotiation skills and an understanding of customer service principles. Additionally, experience with CRM systems is preferred but not required.
