Position: Land Surveyor
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Experience: 1 year of land surveying experience required
Responsibilities:
• Conducting property surveys to determine boundaries and land ownership.
• Preparing legal documents and drawings that accurately depict the shape, elevation, and topology of the land.
• Utilizing GPS systems, traditional survey instruments, mapping software, and other technologies to collect data.
• Analyzing collected data to determine distances between points and calculate angles between lines.
• Working with a team of engineers or construction personnel to ensure accurate surveying for construction projects.
• Interpreting legal documents and other applicable regulations regarding land usage rights.
• Completing all surveying activities in a timely manner while adhering to safety guidelines.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field.
• 1 year of experience in carrying out land surveys using GPS systems, terrestrial survey instruments, and mapping software.
• Knowledge in the principles of engineering as well as legal documentation related to land usage rights.
• Ability to work with accuracy and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills with an eye for detail.
