This includes overseeing customer service, organizing staff shifts, monitoring food quality, and optimizing the overall efficiency of the restaurant.

The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and be able to work with people from diverse backgrounds. An understanding of customer service principles and an ability to build relationships with guests is essential. A passion for food quality and attention to detail would be an advantage. We are also ready to consider a foreigner with no prior experience or qualifications in the field of Restaurant Management.
