We are looking for a talented and experienced Restaurant Manager for an up-scale restaurant in Dubai. This unique opportunity is open to all qualified applicants with no preference given to nationality. The manager will be responsible for the day to day operation of the restaurant, ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience while upholding the highest standards of service and cuisine.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a passion for delivering quality service. They should also have experience in working in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in Dubai or a similar region. In addition, they should be proficient in English, Arabic or any other language that will enable them to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues alike.

The Restaurant Manager will be required to manage staff, ensure that health regulations are followed at all times, implement new procedures and systems and maintain accurate records of all sales transactions. They must be able to resolve customer complaints efficiently and ensure that customer satisfaction remains high at all times. Furthermore, they must be able to develop innovative marketing strategies, leverage social media platforms and stay abreast of industry trends.

This is a full-time position offering a base salary of 1500 AED per month plus additional bonuses based on performance. We look forward to receiving your application!
