We are looking for a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated professional with an eye for detail and the ability to work independently. The successful applicant should have a degree or certification in surveying or a related field, and at least 2 years of experience in the field.

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and creating detailed reports of your findings. You will measure land areas, identify boundaries and map topographical features of land plots using specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, leveling rods and other instruments. You will also analyze aerial photos, satellite images and other data sources to create accurate survey maps.

Additionally, you must possess strong communication skills to be able to explain complex surveying concepts to engineers, architects and other clients. You must be organized and pay close attention to details when recording measurements, describing boundaries or drawing maps. The ability to work with AutoCAD software is also preferred.

We offer a competitive salary of 1100 per month plus benefits for the right candidate. We are also willing to consider applicants who are immigrants from abroad.
