Job Title: Barista
Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Salary: 1300 SAR/month
Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Barista to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness in the work area, and managing inventory. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar role. We are open to considering foreign candidates for this role.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, smoothies, and other beverages according to customers’ orders.
• Take orders from customers and answer any questions they may have regarding menu items.
• Receive payment from customers and provide change if necessary.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the work area by wiping down counters, washing dishes, restocking supplies, etc.
• Greet customers upon arrival in a friendly manner.
• Manage inventory by ordering supplies as needed and restocking shelves with new items when they arrive.
• Monitor customer satisfaction levels by engaging in conversations with customers to ensure their needs are met.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines set forth by the company.
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar role
• Excellent customer service skills; able to handle difficult customer situations calmly and professionally
• Knowledge of different brewing methods (espresso-based drinks)
• Ability to maintain cleanliness while working quickly • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
