Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic teacher to join our team in El-Ain. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a quality education to our students, delivering engaging and creative lessons, and helping create a positive learning environment. We welcome both native and immigrant teachers to apply.

Responsibilities:
• Develop, plan, and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the requirements of the curriculum
• Monitor student performance and progress in classes
• Assign appropriate tasks to students and evaluate their progress
• Provide feedback on student work
• Maintain an organized classroom environment
• Address student behavior issues in accordance with school policies
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians about student progress
• Participate in faculty meetings, events, professional development activities, etc.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Education or related field
• Experience teaching in a classroom setting preferred but not required
• Familiarity with curriculum development is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
