Florist (Al-Kuwait)

We are looking for an experienced, creative and hardworking Florist to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This position offers a salary of 1400 per month. We are open to considering foreign applicants for the role.

Demands for the Candidate:
• At least two years of experience as a Florist
• Excellent knowledge of floral design techniques
• Proficiency in using floral arranging tools
• Great communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 25 kg)

Job Description:
The Florist will be responsible for designing flower arrangements and providing creative solutions to customers' requests. The successful candidate will need to have an eye for detail and be able to craft stunning floral designs within tight deadlines. The duties of the position include but are not limited to:

• Consulting with customers on their expectations for the design
• Sourcing flowers from vendors or growing them in-house as needed • Creating innovative flower arrangements according to customer specifications • Testing flowers' freshness prior to use • Ensuring proper handling of flowers by wrapping them carefully when transporting them • Providing advice on care and maintenance of floral arrangements after purchase
