Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Teacher to join our team at Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching students and providing them with the knowledge they need to excel in their studies. The salary offered is 1600. We are open to considering foreign applicants.

Job Responsibilities
• Develop and implement effective lesson plans in accordance with curriculum guidelines
• Instruct students in the use of learning materials, both physical and digital
• Evaluate student performance through activity-based assessments
• Provide feedback on student progress and development
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance
• Conduct parent-teacher meetings as required
• Assist in creating a stimulating learning environment for students
• Maintain discipline across the classroom setting
• Participate in professional development opportunities when offered

Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education or related field
• Proven experience as a Teacher or similar role for at least two years
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with other Teachers
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage large groups of students of all ages
