The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of experience working as an Executive Chef and have a comprehensive understanding of different cooking techniques, flavor profiles and presentation approaches. They should be passionate about cooking and have strong knowledge and experience with international cuisine, particularly Middle Eastern cuisine.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including menu creation, budgeting, staff management, training and development. They will also be required to ensure that all dishes prepared are up to restaurant standards and meet customer expectations.

The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills so they can effectively interact with customers and staff. They should also have strong organizational skills so that they can maintain product quality control while staying within budget.

The salary for this position is 1700 AED per month, plus benefits depending on experience. We are willing to consider applications from foreigners who possess the necessary qualifications for this role.
