We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the kitchen staff and creating menus that showcase a range of contemporary and traditional dishes. The ideal candidate should have experience in leading a team, with the ability to inspire and motivate others. We are offering a competitive salary of 1300 per month, and are open to considering an immigrant for this role.

The Executive Chef will be responsible for developing menus that reflect our restaurant’s standards of quality, creativity, and innovation. They will also work with the purchasing team to ensure the freshness of ingredients and cost-effectiveness of recipes. They must possess excellent knife skills and have the ability to control food costs while achieving menu profitability goals. In addition, they must possess an understanding of food safety practices and health regulations.

The successful candidate will be expected to maintain high standards in terms of service, hygiene, food presentation and display. They must also have strong management skills in order to lead their team effectively while adhering to budgets, timelines, and customer expectations.
