Job Title: Barista
Location: Dubai
Salary: 1100 AED

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Barista to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate should have a passion for the craft of creating quality coffee beverages and have excellent customer service skills. We are willing to consider foreign applicants.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare a variety of coffee drinks, such as cappuccinos, lattes, macchiatos, and mochas.
• Greet customers entering the cafe and answer their questions about menu items or other inquiries.
• Take customer orders and accurately input them into the POS system.
• Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, syrups, pastries, and other cafe supplies and order new stock when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the cafe including counters, tables, floors, bathrooms, etc.
• Communicate with kitchen staff regarding any special orders or modifications to menu items.
• Follow safety protocol when handling food or operating equipment such as grinders or espresso machines.
• Assist with cashier duties as needed such as taking payment from customers or issuing change.

Required Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not required
• At least 2 years’ experience as a barista in a cafe/restaurant setting
• Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers
• Working knowledge of POS systems/cash registers
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining high standards for quality
